Our Story
At The Swayze Group, we're passionate about empowering family and estate planning lawyers to do great work, get paid well, and keep more money in their practice, and a lot of that passion comes from real lived experience. Founder and Marketer-turned-Accountant Lynn Swayze started her career in marketing and technology but soon found herself in two high conflict divorces where she was under represented. She had to learn very quickly how the law -- and especially family law -- worked and over time, gained sole custody of her older two children.
By 2019, she was working directly with family lawyers and law firms. She helped The Commons Law Center in Oregon to expand their website and their use of marketing automation tools so they could reach more clients. And for 4 years, she helped Rogue Family Law to build an unbundled and pay-as-you-go law practice in Oregon, assisting with the marketing and technology of the practice. From 2020-2026, she worked as Copy Manager for New Law Business Model, where she assisted with 36+ webinars per year helping lawyers to discover NewLaw's unique and heart-centered approach to buildling a highly profitable Estate Planning law practice. Through these experiences, she learned to appreciate how burnt-out and overwhelmed many family law attorneys were with their work... and learned ways she could help make the practice area better for lawyers and their clients.
